Guide for Buyers
1. Find the Listing of your choice
Go to the Listings page and search by category — YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, PUBG, Gmail, Website, etc. Each listing has a price, description, and seller verification status. Read all the details carefully before buying.
2. Check the Seller's Verified Badge
Check if the seller's profile has a verified badge. Only those whose document has been verified by our admin team are given the badge. For security, it is better to buy from a verified seller.
3. Click on the "Buy Now" Button
If you like, click on Buy Now from the listing page. You will be asked to confirm the price and payment method- Binance Pay, Cryptomus Pay, Stable Coin (USDT, USDC), Paybis, Capitalist, bKash, Bank Transfer or Card — choose whichever is convenient.
4. Money will be deposited in Escrow
Send payment to the escrow account provided by us. Your money will be safe with us — the seller will not receive this money until you confirm that you have received the account.
5. Seller will Deliver Account
The seller will be notified once the payment is verified. The seller will then provide you with login details, recovery email/phone, 2FA code — all access to the secure transaction page.
6. You will have inspection period (1 to 10 days) to check
After delivering the seller account, you will have 1 to 10 days inspection period. During this time, log in and check if everything is fine — whether everything that was said in the listing is there, whether all the features are working.
7. Confirm if everything is fine
If everything is fine, click the "Complete" button on the transaction page. The money will immediately go to the seller's pending balance — but the seller will not be able to withdraw immediately. The buyer protection window will continue for inspection period. If you have any problems during this time, you can dispute.
8. Dispute if there is a problem
If you do not have an account, do not log in, or if there are many differences with the listing — click the "Dispute" button within inspection period. Describe the problem with a screenshot. Our admin team will review it within few hours — if it is fine, you will receive a full refund.
Buyer Tips:
>Never complete escrow without checking thoroughly.
>Don't change password or recovery details before inspection period — it will be a problem if you dispute later.
>Keep a screenshot of the listing as proof before buying.

Guide for Sellers
1. Open an Account and Verify
Register on SwapDeal, then go to your profile, click verify and submit your document. Verified sellers get a badge that increases buyers' trust — this helps your listing sell faster.
2. Create a Listing or Middleman Escrow (manual)
Click on "+Sell" or "Create Listing". Choose a Category/Sub Category (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, PUBG, Gmail, Website, etc.). Enter all the details correctly — title, price, inspection period, description (subscriber, follower, monetization status), tags, screenshot etc. Providing truthful information will help you sell quickly and without any problems.
3. Wait for Admin Approval
Our admin team checks new listings before they go live. Usually, approval happens within a short time. If approved, you will get a notification and the listing will be shown to buyers.
4. Receive a Buy Order
You will get a notification when someone buys your listing. The buyer's payment is then in escrow — the money is guaranteed once you deliver the account.
5. Deliver Account
Go to the Transaction page and provide all access details to the account — username, password, recovery email, phone, 2FA backup code, and all access details. Deliver quickly — delaying can upset the buyer and lead to a dispute.
6. Wait for Buyer Accept
After delivering the account, the buyer will accept if everything is fine. Then, when the (inspection period) buyer protection window ends, the money will be transferred to you. Do not change any account details during this time.
7. The money will first go to the Pending Balance
As soon as the buyer confirms, your earnings (excluding SwapDeal's fee) will be added to the "Pending Balance". But it cannot be withdrawn immediately — it will be locked for inspection period of buyer protection window. If the buyer makes a dispute during this time, the admin will make a decision.
8. Withdraw after Inspection Period
When the inspection period of Pending hold end, your money will automatically be transferred from the Pending Balance to the main wallet. Then you can withdraw to Binance, Stable Coin (USDT, USDC), bKash or Bank account at any time.
Seller Tips:
>Do not give false information in the listing — inflating stats will lead to disputes and account ban.
>Respond quickly when you receive a buy order — this increases buyer confidence and reduces cancellations.
>Provide recovery details (email, phone, 2FA) all at once when delivering.
>Do not change any account details within inspection period.
>Your reputation increases if you have more good reviews and completed deals — you sell faster.
