When purchasing a social media account, gaming account or youtube channel from Swap Deal, you confirm that you have scanned and will comply with the following rules:
Account information is divided into two sections:
1.1. Information provided by the website: All this information is checked and verified by the admin.
1.2. Information entered by the seller: This includes descriptions that are not verified or rejected by the admin.
2.1. Cryptocurrency (Binance, Paybis, Cryptomus Pay (auto), Bybit, Crypto USDT, USDC)
2.2. Bank transfer (coming soon)
– All payments must be made through the Swap Deal panel. Only Swap Deal’s internal escrow system is acceptable. Payments through other sites (such as PayPal or Escrow.com) are not accepted.
– If you encounter payment issues, please refer to the blog or contact the admin.
– All chats and communications should occur on the website. Any invitation to chat outside the website is against Swap Deal’s rules and will be dealt with accordingly.
– Admins will never contact you via user chat.
– Report any suspicious activity to the admin.
– If any conversation takes place outside the website’s chat, the guarantee for that transaction becomes void, and screenshots sent from outside the website are invalid.
– Abusive language or insults towards the other party are against the rules and may result in transferring rights to the other party if a transaction encounters issues.
– Buyers are not allowed to request username change.
– Buyers may request screenshots from the seller showing relevant sections, and the seller must provide these screenshots. Additionally, a full account analysis is provided by the system to assist in making an informed purchase.
– When selecting an account, check the status of the account email. Accounts that are “verified or, non verified” are not guaranteed by Swap Deal for security.
– All transaction steps must be completed within the escrow panel, and any actions taken outside the escrow panel are invalid.
– Report any suspicious activities.
– After accessing the account, the buyer may cancel the escrow within one hour, provided that:
– After one hour, if no information changes, the buyer may contact the admin team to declare they are dissatisfied with the purchase. In this case, after deducting the escrow fee, the payment will be refunded. However, any changes made will result in the loss of this option.
– To secure the account, request codes no more than three times a day to prevent problems with the account or email. If you experience login issues, contact the admin.
– Excessive code requests and resulting issues with the account or email are the buyer’s responsibility, and any potential losses are the buyer’s liability.
