Sellers must not list or sell prohibited items, including but not limited to:

-Firearms or weapons
-Adult content or materials
Do not list products that may be deemed controversial, such as:
-Items promoting illegal activities
-Items promoting hate speech, discrimination, or violence
Respect intellectual property rights by ensuring listings do not contain:
-Unauthorized use of brand names, logos, or copyrighted images
-Content that infringes on third-party rights
SwapDeal reserves the right to:
-Remove any listings that violate the product and listing policies
-Delist accounts that repeatedly or seriously breach these policies
-Creating duplicate listings for the same item is not permitted.
-Violations may lead to listing removal or account suspension.
Sellers must not attempt to manipulate search results by:
-Using irrelevant or misleading keywords
-Applying deceptive listing tactics for increased visibility
Ensure all in-game item or service listings include:
-Clear, accurate, and consistent descriptions
-No exaggerated or misleading claims
-Understand the coverage provided by SwapDeal Escrow.
-To remain eligible, sellers must follow the terms of service and policy guidelines.
Sellers are prohibited from using:
-Website URLs, QR codes, or external links in store names or listing images
-Such content violates platform rules and will result in removal.
