What Is This Software?

This is a full-scale, web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system built specifically for textile mills and manufacturing units. It covers the entire business cycle: yarn purchasing, fabric production (warping, sizing, weaving, grading, finishing), stock and warehouse management, sales and delivery, invoicing, accounts and finance, payroll and HRM, and management reporting.

Purpose / What It Solves

A weaving mill runs on hundreds of interlocked operations. Without software, information is lost between the office, the store, the production floor and the accounts department. This ERP replaces manual registers with one connected system so that:

• Yarn bought from suppliers is tracked from purchase order to goods receipt to stock to the loom beam.

• Fabric articles are coded once and reused across sale orders, job cards, work sheets and delivery orders.

• Every production step (warping, sizing beam, beam load to machine, weaving, grading, rolling, finishing, reprocessing) is entered with its own document number and linked back to the original order.

• Stock of yarn, chemicals, fabric and general items is known at all times, with transfer, adjustment, issue and return tracking.
