Rules for Middleman Escrow

Create a middleman escrow without listing for buy/sale/brokering — this is the safe process for buyer, seller and broker.

 

Step1: First, Login your account, then click on "Middleman".

Step2: Select your Role (for Seller- I am Seller and for Buyer- I am Buyer and for Broker- I am Broker) and select Item Category/Subcategory and enter Item Price and then click "Next".

Step3: Enter escrow information- title, enter Buyer/Seller registered email (please ask your buyer/seller) and then select who pays the escrow fee, select inspection period and enter item description, then click "Next".

 

Step4: Then, Escrow ID will be created and email notification sent to (Buyer/Seller).

 

 

Step5: Then, ask to Seller/Buyer...accept the escrow invitation. You can check escrow list from dashboard. Here, you can chat with seller/buyer/middleman.

 

Step6: If Seller/Buyer accept your order, then, you will see like this screenshot and now, Buyer need to make payment. Click 'Make Payment'.

 Step7: Click "Create Payment" and Enter Notes (write anything) and Amount and then click Submit. (a milestone payment will be created)

Step8: then click "Pay Now" and then, from checkout, Select Payment Gateway and click "Next".

Step9: (For manual payment gateway), Please send money to admin payment account and enter transaction details and click "Pay Now".

Step10: After approval of your deposit, Seller need to check escrow status, remaining amount, payment history and deliver service/item to Buyer. Then, Seller start deliver service to Buyer. Seller must click 'Mark As Delivered'.

Step11: When buyer received their item/service and Seller delivered service. Buyer need to 'Mark As Complete' the deal.

Step12: After completed the escrow by buyer, Inspection period will be started.

Final Step: After inspection period ends, Seller account will be funded automatically.
