If you encounter a problem after purchasing an account (such as lost account, recovery change, incorrect info) — raise a dispute immediately. Admin will investigate and issue a refund.
Step1: Identify the problem — before or after confirming?
Any issues before confirming? → Use "Report" in Chat or inform Admin. Then no need to dispute.
Issue after confirming the escrow? → Press click "Dispute" within inspection period.
*After inspection period, you can't dispute it — the money will go to the seller. So test it immediately after confirming your account.
Step2: Click "Dispute" from the Escrow Page
Dashboard → My Escrow List → Open that escrow. The "Dispute" button will appear during the buyer protection (inspection) period.

Step3: Describe the problem in detail
Write clearly what the problem is in the dispute form.
>What happened — clearly describe
>When it happened — date and time
>What you expected
>What the seller told you (if anything)
*Evidence is important: Upload a screenshot in the deal chat box — such as a "Login failed" error, "Recovery email changed" notification, etc. The more evidence, the faster the decision.

Step4: Submit and wait for Admin Decision
As soon as it is submitted, the seller will be notified and the escrow will go into "Disputed" status. Money will be frozen until admin takes a decision.
>Usually within 24-72 hours, the admin will give a decision after listening to both sides.
>If the decision is in your favor — full refund will come to the wallet.
>In favor of the seller — the money will be received by the seller.
>If both sides resolve — partial refund may be given.

Step5: Be honest
Remember: Filing a false dispute can result in your account being permanently banned. Dispute only if the issue is genuine.
Talk first: Before you dispute, try talking to the seller in chat — sometimes there is a simple miscommunication that can be resolved right away.
